Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will only be given on damaged merchandise and only when a replacement is unavailable, and only after customer has first contacted Vermont Lazerwash within 48 hours of recieving merchandise.
Authorized returns to Vermont Lazerwash for any reason other than damage, will be issued as a full refund in the form of an in-store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges on all non-damaged items.
All returns or packages we are not notified of within 48 hours of receiving will not be accepted. Please call us first to make arrangements.
